The Berendo apartments incorporates a small commercial storefront along with it’s 30 unit mix of studios, one and two bedroom apartments. The design leverages an easement for parking access, allowing for the parking requirement for the 30 units on a very tight sight. The single loaded design allows for light and air in the common halls and cross ventilation for the units. A roof terrace is provided for tenant use.
